How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
Can I use the mobile app offline?
Yes. CleanEstimate Pro is built offline-first. You can create proposals, take photos, and manage your pipeline without an internet connection. Your data will automatically sync when connectivity is restored.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing in the admin dashboard. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at support@cleanestimate.pro with your account email and a deletion request. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
Which devices are supported?
CleanEstimate Pro is available as a web application (any modern browser) and as a native mobile app for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android. The mobile app requires iOS 14+ or Android 8+.
